An authoritative survey showed that nearly 50% of all citizens are not satisfied with the city bus service, especially the crowdedness on buses during peak hours. In response to the new adjustment most citizens welcomed the move, but some citizens had different opinions. "It is hard to avoid the peak hour for going to and getting off work. The only way to address the issue is to shift work schedules."
