CNOOC to Invest 45 Billion on Huizhou Oil Refining Base

The China National Offshore Oil Corporation will invest 45 million yuan to further develop the oil refining base in Huizhou. The increased capital aims at expanding oil refining capacity to 22 million tons per year.

A Foshan company will put twenty barrier free taxis into service on Sep. 4th. They are designed for accessibility to disabled people.
